Is weed legal in Odense?
No. Cannabis is illegal in Denmark. A small amount for yourself usually means a fine and losing the cannabis; selling or giving it means a criminal case.
What happens if the police stop me in town?
They can search you if they suspect drugs. If they find a small amount, they take it and you get a fine, usually without going to court.
Can I grow a plant on my balcony?
No. Growing is illegal: plants are weighed and fined like cannabis, and larger grows lead to prison.
Is it different in Germany, just south?
Yes, Germany allows some possession for adults, but bringing cannabis back into Denmark is smuggling, even a small amount.
